When you finance through RTO, you'll have access to a number of benefits including:

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: RTO Finance offers 100% financing with approved credit—No deposit required.

Q: When do my payments start?

A: Your first payment is due on the 5th of the month following delivery of your building. You’ll receive a payment coupon book in the mail to use for all future payments.

Q: Can I pay off my installment contract early?

A: You can pay off your contract at any time with no penalties.

Q: Do I have to wait for an approval to participate?

A: Most customers receive a response within minutes of applying.

Q: What are my options for making monthly payments?

A: You’ll receive a coupon book within a couple of weeks from the delivery of your building. You can mail a check or money order to our processing center, call customer support and pay with a credit or debit card or check by phone, or you can pay online. We also provide automatic draft payment options.

24-, 36-, and 48-month terms available

Minimum contract amount of $1,000 up to $8,000


  • Three payments due at time of lease: One payment for first month's lease plus two for deposit.
  • Customer must be a landowner.
  • Proof that payment is less than 25% of monthly net income is required.
  • Legible, valid driver's license is required.
  • Pay over time for the Newmart building you want, up to $8,000.
  • Your credit will not be impacted (better still, you don't even need credit – it's not required for FlexLease!)
  • Online application is available and approval is instant, as well as guaranteed, if you meet basic criteria.
  • FlexLease is not a loan and our program is not a credit card. RTO National purchases the unit from Newmart and then leases it to you.
  • No credit is needed and this is your most flexible path to ownership.
  • You have options for early buyout, cancellation or upgrade in addition to ownership.
