Who are Our Dealers?

Our metal building dealers live, work, and raise families throughout our service area, which stretches from South Carolina to Pennsylvania. To them, our customers are their friends and neighbors. They appreciate that our family-owned business was founded in 1999 and manufactures every product with family pride.

In Order to Become a Newmart Builders Dealer, You Must Have:

  • A Landline and/or Cell Phone
  • Internet Access
  • Email Address or Access to a Fax Machine
  • Basic Mathematics Skills
  • Legible Handwriting
  • Fluent English Reading, Writing, and Speaking Skills
  • Ability to be Open for Business Five Days a Week, Minimum
  • A Building Sales Representative Available Five Days a Week

We Also Recommend that Our Dealers Have:

  • An Available Onsite Computer with Microsoft Office 2007 or Newer
  • A Designated Building Sales Representative Possessing Basic Computer Skills
  • A General Understanding of Newmart’s Buildings and Products
  • Established Business Location for Physical Display of Products (optimum locations are shed lots, hardware stores, feed & seed, and lawn & garden businesses)
  • Road Frontage Space for a Minimum of One Demo Building and Additional Space Available Onsite for Displaying Multiple Building Units
